Welcome to Hamdan Car Rental. By booking or using our car rental services in Karachi, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before renting a vehicle.

1. Eligibility

  • The renter must be at least 21 years old.
  • A valid CNIC/NICOP/Passport and valid driving license are required at the time of booking.
  • International customers must provide a valid passport and international driving permit where applicable.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
  • Advance payment or booking confirmation amount may be required.
  • Rental charges must be paid before or at the time of vehicle delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • Extra charges may apply for overtime, extra mileage, fuel shortage, toll taxes, parking, or additional services.

3. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle category.
  • The deposit may be held temporarily to cover traffic violations, damages, late returns, or unpaid charges.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 7–14 working days after vehicle inspection and clearance.

4. Vehicle Usage Rules

The rented vehicle must not be used for:

  • Any illegal activity or criminal offense
  • Racing, drifting, or reckless driving
  • Carrying illegal substances or prohibited items
  • Commercial transport without prior approval
  • Subleasing or allowing unauthorized drivers

Only the person(s) listed in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle.

5. Rental Duration & Late Return

  • Rental duration starts from the agreed pickup time and date.
  • Late returns may result in additional hourly or full-day rental charges.
  • If you need to extend your rental period, inform us in advance for approval and availability.

6. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level.
  • Any fuel shortage will be charged according to current market rates.

7. Driver & Chauffeur Services

  • Chauffeur/driver service is available upon request.
  • Customers must treat drivers respectfully.
  • Hamdan Car Rental reserves the right to replace drivers when necessary.

8. Accidents & Damages

  • The renter is responsible for any accident, negligence, misuse, or damage caused during the rental period. Similar liability clauses are commonly used by car rental businesses in Pakistan. (REHAN RENT A CAR)
  • In case of an accident, the customer must immediately inform Hamdan Car Rental and local authorities.
  • The renter must not leave the accident location without proper legal procedures where required.
  • Repair charges, loss of business, and insurance deductibles (if applicable) may be charged to the renter.

9. Traffic Violations & Fines

  • All traffic challans, parking tickets, e-challans, and legal penalties during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. (REHAN RENT A CAR)
  • Charges may be deducted from the security deposit if unpaid.

10. Out-of-City Travel

  • Vehicles may not be taken outside Karachi without prior permission.
  • Certain remote or restricted areas may not be allowed for travel.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Booking cancellations should be made before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on timing and vehicle category.
  • No-shows may result in partial or full booking amount deduction.

12. Company Liability

Hamdan Car Rental shall not be responsible for:

  • Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or mechanical issues
  • Indirect or consequential losses during vehicle usage

Customers use rental vehicles at their own responsibility and risk.

13. Vehicle Tracking & Safety

  • Vehicles may contain GPS tracking systems for security and operational purposes.
  • Tampering with tracking devices or vehicle systems is strictly prohibited.

14. Right to Refuse Service

Hamdan Car Rental reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking without prior notice if:

  • False information is provided
  • Documents are invalid
  • Misconduct or suspicious activity is observed
  • Terms & Conditions are violated

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed under the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Karachi.
